Who Is Curtis?

Curtis has 30 years’ experience managing development projects in the public and private sector. He has extensive experience as a general contractor and developer, with multi-family, commercial and industrial project experience.

Brings his practical experience as a licensed contractor with his acquisition and development experience to our Clients’ projects.
Has a grasp of the big picture but can get granular when negotiating on our Clients’ behalf.
Is equally at ease leading teams through entitlement, design and construction phases of a project

Personal Highlights

Prior to joining S.L. Leonard & Associates, Mr. Quillin built 177 projects as a general contractor and developed several multi-family projects.
Curtis earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University, Northridge, and majored in Economics with an emphasis on Engineering & Construction Management
Mr. Quillin holds a Professional Designation in Construction Management and a Project Management Professional certification, both from the University of California at Los Angeles Extension.
