Curtis has 30 years’ experience managing development projects in the public and private sector. He has extensive experience as a general contractor and developer, with multi-family, commercial and industrial project experience.
  • Brings his practical experience as a licensed contractor with his acquisition and development experience to our Clients’ projects.
  • Has a grasp of the big picture but can get granular when negotiating on our Clients’ behalf.
  • Is equally at ease leading teams through entitlement, design and construction phases of a project
  • Has deep understanding of contracts.
  • Ventura Springs, a 120-unit permanent supportive housing project for veterans
  • Quimisa Avenue, a 200,000 sf headquarters and distribution center
  • The California Endowment, feasibility, due diligence and project management for a 300-stall parking structure servicing the headquarters building previously managed by S.L. Leonard & Associates
  • Dolores Huerta Gardens, a 60-unit apartment for farmworkers
  • Prior to joining S.L. Leonard & Associates, Mr. Quillin built 177 projects as a general contractor and developed several multi-family projects.
  • Curtis earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University, Northridge, and majored in Economics with an emphasis on Engineering & Construction Management
  • Mr. Quillin holds a Professional Designation in Construction Management and a Project Management Professional certification, both from the University of California at Los Angeles Extension.
