Perla Hernandez Lastra is experienced in project, cost, and MEP management with multiple projects in public and private education, entertainment, commercial, retail, healthcare, and manufacturing. She joined project management firm S.L. Leonard & Associates in 2017 and, in late 2022, was promoted to principal. This year Perla was recognized as one of the 2024 Los Angeles Business Journal’s Leaders of Influence: Construction, Engineering & Architecture.
