SLL worked closely with Oaks Christian School to create a multi-use facility that supports the performing arts and sports, and provides a large group meeting room for assemblies and dances, and classrooms for band, choir, dance and broadcast.

  • Oversaw at committee level the campus facilities and development process.
  • Authored request for proposals.
  • Negotiated designer agreement and Contractor Guaranteed Maximum Price Contract.
  • Facilitated hiring of construction manager.
